  6. weapons to Iran and diverting the profits to the contras; on
  7. nine counts of lying to and obstructing congressional
  8. investigating committees; in Washington. Each charge upon
  9. conviction carries a maximum sentence of five years'
  10. imprisonment and $250,000 in fines. Secord was convicted in a
  11. Virginia court of drunk driving. He was given a suspended 30-day
  12. jail sentence and ordered to pay a $200 fine.
